Terms of Service

Last updated November 6, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Zachary James Hearn, doing business as CallTime ("CallTime", "we", "us"), about your use of the CallTime service at calltimecrew.com and app.calltimecrew.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you're allowed to.

1. Your team and accounts

The person who signs up a team is its owner. The owner is responsible for the team's subscription and for who they invite. Each person keeps their own sign-in private and is responsible for what happens under it. Tell us right away at support@calltimecrew.com if you think an account has been misused.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

2. Free trial

A new team gets a free trial of the full Service for 30 days. No payment details are needed for the trial. When it ends without a subscription, the team becomes read-only: people can still view the schedule and calendar feeds, but can't make changes.

3. Plans, payment, and renewal

4. Plan limits

Each plan has the limits described on the pricing page (for example, the number of people with accounts and venues on Small). Moving to a smaller plan never deletes your data, but you can't add more past that plan's limits.

5. Your content

Everything your team puts into CallTime, such as events, schedules, hours, gear, floor plans, and files ("Your Content"), stays yours. You give us permission to store, copy, and display it only as needed to run the Service for you, including backups. You're responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.

CallTime is a planning tool. Hours, break suggestions, power loads, and sound estimates are aids, not legal, payroll, electrical, or safety advice. You're responsible for checking them and for following the laws and safety rules that apply to you.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to break the law, to upload anything harmful or that you don't have the rights to, to get into other teams' data or other people's accounts, to probe or overload our systems, or to resell the Service without our written permission.

7. Suspension and ending

We may suspend or close a team that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or doesn't pay, after notice where we reasonably can. You can stop using the Service at any time. The owner can download the team’s data, and delete the team for good, from the app. If we close a team, we may delete its data after 90 days; ask us before then for a copy.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running and backed up, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may improve or change features. If we stop offering the Service, we'll give at least 30 days' notice and a way to export your data.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in San Joaquin County, California.

12. Changes to these terms

If we make a significant change, we'll email team owners and show a notice in the app at least 14 days before it applies. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
